Qualifications & experience

• Menentukan dan mencari data informasi target pasar.

• Merancang strategi pemasaran untuk meraih target pasar.

• Menawarkan produk (Bahan baku kue & roti).

• Menjelaskan produk knowledge kepada customer.

• Melakukan negosiasi harga.

• Bertanggung jawab melakukan pengiriman sesuai permintaan pelanggan.

• Memonitor dan mevaluasi jadwal pembayaran pelanggan.

• Melakukan monitoring pada program kompetitor.

• Membuat jadwal kunjungan pelanggan.

• Membuat laporan hasil kunjungan dan hasil penjualan.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang yang sama di perusahaan industri makanan/Horeca/bahan baku kue & roti/bakery store.

• Memiliki kemampuan perencanaan strategi pemasaran, problem solving, negosiasi, penguasaan produk, dan kemampuan presentasi.

• Mampu bekerja dalam tim/individual dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.

• Memiliki mobil/motor pribadi dan SIM A.

• Jurusan kulinari, teknologi pangan merupakan nilai tambah.

• Bisa berbahasa mandarin merupakan nilai tambah (lisan, tulisan, baca)
