Sales Operation Manager (Overseas)

About the PositionThe Sales Operation Manager (overseas) will manage and enhance distributor operations across Asia, working closely with cross-functional teams to support market expansion and drive operational excellence. This position reports to the International Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen distributor operations, aligning with PT Dua Kelinci goals.

• Supervise and optimize distributor performance, ensuring volume targets and operational standards are achieved.

• Build and solidify distributor networks to maximize market reach within Asia.

• Maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to ensure effective product distribution and placement.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior, making strategic adjustments as needed to enhance operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education bachelors degree in any field (Business Development preferred)

• Minimum of 4-6 years in operations management or a related role, preferably within the FMCG industry

• Proven experience in managing distributor networks and achieving operational targets

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make strategic decisions

• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with key partners and cross-functional team

• Willing to be placed in Asia (outside of Indonesia)
