Your Role:

What Youll Be Doing:

• Proposal & Documentation Support: Prepare and organise sales proposals to support client acquisition activities.
• Contract & Order Management: Manage the preparation of media orders, partnership agreements (PKS), and official offers.
• Third-Party Reporting: Monitor, consolidate, and maintain third-party sales reports.
• Procurement Support: Handle purchase requisitions for the Banking & Media Division in line with company procedures.
• Project Support: Assist the Project Manager in delivering media order inventories, including social media, advertorials, and banners.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate vendor registration processes to ensure smooth contractual administration.
• Sales Analysis: Support the sales team by conducting data analysis, generating insights, and preparing performance reports.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of client-related requirements.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, planning, or project coordination role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
