Sales Project Manager - Building Material

Client Details: Building Materials Trading

Job Description:

• Identify and approach new potential clients, including property developers, contractors, architects, constructions, etc

• Looking for potential sources of new projects

• Conduct visits to government/BUMN/Private agencies to obtain information on potential projects

• Conduct intensive client visits to follow up on project achievement targets

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers

• Proactively provide support and fast feedback on client needs

• Fostering good relationships with company clients and establishing cooperation

• Collaborate well with internal teams within the company to achieve existing goals

• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any related field

• Minimum 3 years in Sales/ Marketing Project field (Any Building Materials)

• Able to speak in English fluently

• Having databases and experiences dealing with Residentials/ Developers/ Contractors/ Architectural Firms/ Interior Designers Firms, etc

• Has a wide network in government agencies/BUMN or the private sector is a plus point

• Accustomed to working with targets and deadlines

• Sociable and able to correspond well
