About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Sales Promotion Store to join our team at PT Dekoramik Perdana in Bali. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience in our retail store.

What youll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our clients
• Promoting and selling our wide range of products, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
• Handling cash and inventory management duties
• Collaborating with the marketing team to implement sales and promotional strategies
• Reporting on sales performance and providing insights to improve store operations
• Participating in staff training and development programs

• Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably in the home furnishings or home decor industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
