The Role
We're looking for a Sales Representative who doesn't wait to be told — someone who moves Pertama, builds relationships that outlast deals, and treats their territory like a personal business.
This is a hunter role with two parallel mandates:
- Build WIZ.AI's BPO partner ecosystem in Indonesia — converting BPO and contact center companies into reseller partners and direct clients for our AI Talkbot platform.
- Land and grow direct enterprise accounts in Indonesia's multifinance and fintech sectors (BFI Finance, Adira Finance, FIF Group, WOM Finance, ACC, MTF, Akulaku, Kredivo, and similar) — where our voice bot solves real, measurable telecollection and customer engagement problems.
You will be the primary face of WIZ.AI to Indonesia's BPO and Fintech C-suite, playing a defining role in establishing our market Posisi in one of Southeast Asia's most important growth markets.
What You'll Do
Partnership & Business Development
- Identify, approach, and close reseller and direct-client agreements with mid-to-large BPO companies (KPSG, Infomedia, MitraComm, VADS Indonesia, Transcosmos Indonesia, Teleperformance, and similar)
- Open and grow direct accounts in Indonesian multifinance, consumer finance, and digital lending companies — with a primary focus on telecollection, customer service, and outbound engagement use cases
- Build and manage a structured prospect pipeline with a clear 90-day, 180-day, and 12-month view
- Own end-to-end deal cycles: from initial outreach through POC scoping, commercial negotiation, and contract close
Account Growth & Relationship Depth
- Grow revenue from closed accounts — driving adoption depth, upselling additional Talkbot use cases, and securing renewals
- Maintain genuine, long-term relationships with key contacts even when there is no active deal — your network is an asset, not a transaction list
- Coordinate partner onboarding with WIZ.AI's Solutions and Customer Success teams
- Report against KPIs: new partners signed, ARR generated, POC conversion rate, and partner-driven pipeline
Market Intelligence
- Map the Indonesian BPO and Fintech ecosystems quarterly: key accounts, decision-makers, competitive dynamics, and emerging use cases
- Represent WIZ.AI at industry events, conferences, and trade associations (ICCA, AFPI, APPI, AFTECH)

- You understand that real business in Indonesia happens through real relationships. You're comfortable building trust over time — through informal conversations, social settings, and consistent presence — not just through formal pitches. Your clients see you as a trusted advisor, not a vendor.
- You hunt, but you don't burn. You're persistent without being annoying. You keep relationships warm for 12+ months when needed, because you understand BFSI and Fintech sales cycles take time.
- You're intellectually curious — about technology AND about your clients' businesses. You read OJK regulations. You understand the difference between a BPO, a captive contact center, and a multifinance in-house collection unit. You can explain why voice AI matters to a specific Head of Collections — not just what it does.
- You teach yourself what you don't know. Nobody had to push you to learn how voice AI, IVR, or LLMs work. You figured it out because clients asked, and you wanted to answer better than your competitors.
- You led things in university. Whether that was BEM, HIMA, AIESEC, a major campus event committee, or a startup club — you've been in a Posisi where you had to convince, organize, and motivate people without formal authority. That muscle still defines how you sell.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience, with at least 5 years selling B2B technology, SaaS, or services into BPO companies, contact centers, multifinance companies, fintech lenders.
- A real, verifiable network at Manager-Director level or above across at least two of the following segments:
- BPO/Contact center operators (KPSG, MitraComm, VADS, Infomedia, Transcosmos, Teleperformance, etc.)
- Fintech / Multifinance / consumer finance (BFI, Adira, FIF, WOM, ACC, MTF, Mandiri Utama Finance/Akulaku, Kredivo, Kredit Pintar, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (Sistem Informasi), Business Information Technology, Digital Business, Computer Science, or equivalent — from a recognized Indonesian university (BINUS, UI, ITB, UGM, ITS, Prasetiya Mulya, UPH, Telkom University, or international equivalent)
- Demonstrable track record of leadership in university or post-graduation organizations — student council, BEM/HIMA, AIESEC, professional associations, community committees. Tell us what you led and what changed because of it.
- Native or near-native Bahasa Indonesia + strong professional working English
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B deals with 3–9 month sales cycles
Strong Advantage
- Prior experience selling AI, voice bots, IVR, contact center technology, CRM, or omnichannel customer engagement platforms (Genesys, NICE, Avaya, Cisco, Talkdesk, Qiscus, Mekari, Sprinklr, Freshworks, Zendesk, etc.)
- Direct experience with telecollection operations or working at a multifinance / digital lender
- Existing reseller or channel partnership structuring experience
- Active membership in ICCA, AFPI, APPI, or AFTECH
- Speaking experience at Indonesian industry events (Customer Experience Indonesia, Indonesia Fintech Summit, IndoFest, etc.)
