Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative in Jakarta. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with customers, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and attending sales meetings.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
• Ability to understand and analyze market trends and customer needs
• Experience in B2B sales and account management
• Self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
• Having General IT knowledge
• Detail oriented, Responsible, strong analytical, planning & reasoning abilities
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and meet established goals
• Personally motivated, aggressively goal-oriented focus

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts
• Develop positive relationship with clients
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
• Grab sales opportunities by engaging with principals, distributors and internal networks in order to increase business volume
• Deliver proposal, make introductory calls, and product presentation.
• Take ownership of issues and show professionalism and control.
• Build and maintain a good relationship with a new potential costumer, existing clients and offer best solutions to their issues.
• Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross sell
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales target & expand our customer base
• Build strong client relationships, though regular visit and communication and formulate strategies for customer accounts
