Sales Representative - Sumatra (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibility:
- Achieve sales targets in the assigned area and report sales performance regularly to Area Manager
- Acting as a representative for the organization during external meetings and presentations
- Assist in communication between Chinese Expatriates and local stakeholders
- Establish and maintain good relationship with distributor
- Monitor and control product stock in distributor
- Monitor competitors activities and development to stay informed about industry trends and competitors development
- Analyze market trends and territory/markets potential
Job Requirement
- Bachelors degree in any major
- Fresh graduates or have 1-2 years of working experience as sales in FMCG company
- Proficiency in Mandarin
- Excellent data analysis skill
- Good teamwork and problem solving skill
- Good communication skill
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Highly self motivated and target oriented person
- Have driving license A/C
