The opportunity

Sewu Segar Nusantara (Gunung Sewu Group), a leading FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company, is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Sales Specialist to join their team based in Bandung, West Java. As a Sr. Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the companys sales and growth initiatives in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the companys FMCG products in the Bandung region

• Manage and nurture relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders to ensure optimal product visibility and availability

• Analyse market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute impactful promotional campaigns and initiatives

• Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the management team

• Mentor and train junior sales associates to enhance their skills and drive team success

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

• Minimum 1 years of proven experience in a sales or account management role within the FMCG industry

• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Strong understanding of the Bandung retail landscape and distribution channels

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field
