PT. Zentide Bioteknologi Global is a startup established in January 2025. We're dedicated to developing biostimulants and biofertilizers from tropical seaweed to improve soil health, enhance crop yields, and reduce farmers' dependence on chemical fertilizers.
We're looking for highly passionate talent to join our team as a Sales Coordinator! You'll manage the end-to-end sales process for our fertilizer and biostimulant products. Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle for our fertilizer and biostimulant products, from prospecting to closing deals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders across Lombok.
Prepare and present product information and sales proposals to potential clients.
Manage sales administration efficiently, including processing orders, tracking sales data, and maintaining accurate records.
Work closely with our internal teams (like production and logistics) to make sure orders run smoothly.
Respond to product complaints and find effective solutions for any issues in your area.
Prepare detailed monthly sales reports
Requirement
Bachelor's degree or Magister from Agriculture, Marketing, Communications or any relevant major are welcome to apply
Minimum 1-year experience in Sales Agriculture Product
Experience working with smallholder farmers, cooperatives, or agricultural company
Strong knowledge and network within the Lombok region are a must.
Excellent numerical and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with field teams and farmers.
Capable of working both independently and within a team environment, with effective communication skills.
Highly adaptable, eager to learn, and passionate about sustainable agriculture and farmer empowerment in Indonesia.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Sasak is a plus
Willing to travel extensively across Lombok and other regions for fieldwork.
