Sales Supervisor

Currently, we are looking for 5 qualified and driven Area Sales Supervisors to oversee Kaluli product sales in the following regions:

• Area 1: Sumatra

• Area 2: Jabodetabek & West Java

• Area 3: Central Java & East Java

• Area 4: Bali & Lombok

• Area 5: Kalimantan & Sulawesi

Key Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the sales operations of Kaluli products in the assigned area, including developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets.

• Actively develop new customers, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, and build a stable and effective customer network.

• Conduct regular visits to distributors, optimize product displays, and increase product distribution and brand visibility at outlets.

• Gather market and competitor activity information and report it in a timely manner to supervisors as input for company strategy.

• Assist in implementing promotional activities to boost brand awareness and sales.

• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve product and service quality.

Job Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer product distribution.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships with customers and distributors.

• Target-oriented, able to work under pressure and ready to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Able to work independently and in a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.

• Good understanding of sales and distribution strategies, including product display management and enhancing brand visibility in the market.

• Experienced in market and competitor analysis, and able to provide strategic insights based on field data.

• Mandarin language skills are a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willing to travel regularly for field visits and business trips.
