We are currently offering an opportunity to join and advance with us in the position of SALES SUPPORT EXPORT STAFF.

Position : SALES SUPPORT EXPORT STAFF

Job Description:

• Check and reply to customer's inquiries about delivery time, product specification, stock price and order status.
• Communicate with factory for product technical issues, stock conformation, customer's forecast / special inquiry confirmation.
• Create sales order / contract based on purchase order from customers.
• Monitoring customer's order status up to shipment.
• Reply to customer's claim and handle final settlement.
• Maintaining documentation of customer's profile, customer's special product specification, customer's special pricing and customer's purchase order (include cancelled P/O)
• Report to manager for issues related to overbooked orders, product specification, stock shortage and new price quotation.

Qualification for SALES SUPPORT EXPORT :

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university with GPA Min 3.00.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same field (Marketing export, Sales Export or Sales Support) - Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Proficient in Ms. Office, experience in Microsoft GP is a plus.
• Have good knowledge of export import, document and regulations.
• Excelent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in english.
• Have a professional integrity, detail oriented, well organized.
• Have a good attitude and responsibility.
• Willing to be placed in West jakarta Area
