Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Selling Skill, Negotiation Skill, Territory Management
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General in Tobacco or FMCG

Job Descriptions:
Coordinate data collection related to geographical, cultural, and demographic conditions (age range, profession, gender, and culture) from targeted sales area to market the product.
Plan, organize, and verify schedule activities for data collection process on customer identity (outlet name, owner name and address) of all wholesalers that will be registered to each coverage area or sub-area in its marketing area.
Evaluate subsidiary outlets (downline) of a wholesaler for sales and distribution opportunities for the team.
Plan, organize, and verify schedule regarding customer visits activities that will be carried out by the team that involves approaching the customers and introducing products (differential advantage, prices etc.) to increase the number of customers.
Coordinate inventory opname process and Salesman loading goods, customer data collection, product introduction, monthly sales, and distribution as well as monitoring customer data in application device to optimize product sales and distribution in accordance with company objectives.
Coordinate and ensure sales programs implementation at outlets are in accordance with regulations that have been set.
Plan, analyze, and evaluate team activities regarding collection of accounts receivable that will be due and already due so that payment made by cash or giro can be deposited to Sales Admin and work with Finance HO department in the customer receivables collection process.
Analyze and recommend assessment on wholesaler outlets regarding credit limit proposed by outlets.
Establish formal and informal business relationships to maintain and extend trust and good relations so that wholesaler customers make repeat orders.
Monitor and prepare report based on competitors' strategies or information development in the market that could be threats to KT&G TSPM products (competitor and market intelligence) to anticipate competitors' expansion against KT&G TSPM products' market shares.
Coordinate with the Marketing department regarding process of installation of merchandising or POSM
