SAP Staff

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Train employees of various departments to master the application of various business processes, data logic, system modules & menu functions involving SAP/MES/WMS systems, and cooperate with employees to educate and train factory end users.

2. Collect various problems reported by users daily, cooperate with department members to provide solutions for each problem, and track the final implementation and submission of key data.

3. Communicate with IT, finance and other departments to handle new businesses and new processes encountered in the application of SAP/MES/WMS; jointly confirm the operation plan, organize the standard operation flow chart (SOP), and conduct simulation tests on the system plan given by IT and summarize the test report and submit it to the IT department.

4. Connect development and business departments, collect product development, order management, and changes, cooperate with production management and procurement to run MRP, cooperate with department members to analyze and review PR, and submit it to procurement for follow-up work.

5. Management responsibilities, responsible for the management of operation and maintenance personnel within the scope of luggage in Indonesia

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Continue to learn MES&SAP systems, and be able to support on-site operation and maintenance with assistance within half a year, and be able to support on-site operation and maintenance independently within a year.

2. Daily system data monitoring, and gradually master the analysis methods and rhythm of system data through training and learning

3. Undertake on-site local user and department training, as well as department personnel management.

4. A middle-level manager can communicate proficiently in English with local people

 CORE COMPETENCIES:

1. Have basic computer knowledge, such as office-related operation skills, PPT and Excel operation functions, etc.;

2. Clear thinking logic, digital sensitivity

3. Priority is given to those with IT knowledge background, fresh graduates with computer majors or 1-2 years of IT work experience, and priority is given to those with continuous learning ability and motivation.

4. Fluent in spoken English
