School Psychologist - Center BSD-2

The Psychologist will provide psychological assessments, counseling, and interventions to support students mental health and well-being. This role works closely with teachers, parents, and school leadership to ensure that each students emotional, social, and behavioral needs are addressed, creating a safe and supportive learning environment.

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students

• Develop intervention and treatment plans tailored to each students needs

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students learning and emotional development

• Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation in line with ethical and legal standards

• Facilitate workshops or training sessions for staff and parents on child development, mental health, and well-being

• Refer students to external specialists or agencies when necessary

• Uphold professional ethics and maintain confidentiality at all times

• Min. Bachelors Degree in Psychology (Masters Degree in Clinical/Educational Psychology preferred)

• Valid professional license/registration (SIPP or HIMPSI preferred)

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

• Empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity

• Proficiency in English Language and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)

• Having a Responsible to Life attitude
