We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounting to join our team. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you. As a Senior Accounting, you'll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience. 

 Senior Accounting roles and responsibilities include:  

• Manage end-to-end invoicing process, including preparation, submission, and ensuring all supporting documents are complete and accurate.

• Maintain organized records of  financial transactions (accounts payable/receivable, petty cash, reimbursements, etc) and related documentation for audit and reconciliation purposes.

• Record and monitor all incoming client's Purchase Orders (PO), prepare Quotations (QO), and issue Sales Orders (SO) in alignment with project terms.

• Coordinate with internal teams to issue Quotations (QO) and ensure accurate pricing and service descriptions.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue recognition reports including cash flow, bank reconciliations, and general journal entries.

REQUIREMENTS :

·      Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·      Minimum +4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency (e.g., digital agency, creative agency, PR agency, etc.).

·      Familiar with handling multi-project and multi-client financial tracking.

·      Proficient in using accounting software such as Accurate, Journal, or similar tools.

·      Able to prepare basic financial reports and have a strong understanding of accounting principles.

·      Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines.

·      Able to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders (including regional or overseas finance teams).

·      Strong organizational, good analytical skills and document management skills

·      Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).

·      Basic understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., VAT, Withholding Tax) is a plus.

·      Fluent in English
