Key Responsibilities: Senior Finance

• Set up and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Establish cash flow monitoring and control systems.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and legal financial standards.

• Identify and implement cost control measures across the company.

• Mentor finance staff, building a reliable finance team.

• Collaborate with management to support strategic decision-making through financial insights.

• Coordinate with external tax consultants and financial institutions.

• Take initiative in improving efficiency, transparency, and accountability in all financial operations.

Requirements: Senior Finance

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (construction company)

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

• Familiar with tax regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.

• Excellent communication skills for working with both internal teams and external partners.

• Willing to be hands-on and grow with the company.

• Must be ready to join as soon as possible (ASAP).
