Our brand is built on credibility, performance-driven marketing, and service excellence. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer based in Indonesia to elevate our creative output across all digital and campaign channels.

This is a critical creative Posisi reporting to the Marketing Manager.

You will take ownership of campaign creative execution across paid media, social, CRM, web, and digital advertising. This role requires both strong conceptual thinking and disciplined delivery within a performance-led marketing environment.

You will not simply produce assets. You will help strengthen Gaura Travel’s visual identity and ensure consistency, quality, and impact across every customer touchpoint.

• Lead end-to-end creative execution for multi-channel campaigns
• Develop strong visual concepts aligned to campaign strategy and performance goals
• Design high-performing digital assets for Google Ads, Meta, display, CRM, and landing pages
• Create compelling social media creative aligned to monthly campaign priorities
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video content for digital campaigns
• Maintain and evolve Gaura Travel’s brand guidelines and visual consistency
• Collaborate closely with Paid Ads, CRM, and Social teams to optimise creative performance
• Deliver high-quality work to deadline in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment
• Contribute proactively to campaign ideation and creative planning sessions

We are seeking a designer with at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally within a digital-Pertama or performance marketing environment.

You will bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in graphic design (agency or in-house marketing team)
• A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work across digital and paid media
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong experience in motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Experience designing for paid ads and conversion-focused campaigns
• Working knowledge of eDM design (HubSpot or similar platforms preferred)
• Experience designing for web and landing pages
• Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with remote teams

Experience in travel, diaspora marketing, or culturally nuanced campaigns is highly regarded.

A portfolio is mandatory.
