Senior HR & Admin Manager

· Responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR crucial processes in HR & Admin department, contributing to developing a better and healthier industrial work environment for all employees in an organization.

·  Strong Expertise in Strategic HR Management, Organization Development, Talent Management, Recruitment, HR Compliance, Compensation & Benefits and Performance management.

· Demonstrated leadership capabilities in building, developing, and managing high performing HR Teams.

·  Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.

·  In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws and exposure to global HR best practices.

·  Ability to develop and execute the HR Master Plan (short, mid, and long term) in alignment with business direction.

·  Conduct market benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness

·  Deep understanding in Payroll, tax 21 (PPH 21), Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Contracting, Employees Assessment, and Employee Benefit.
