1. Design online learning materials (learning objects) aligned with pedagogical standards.
2. Standardize learning objects, analyze learning needs and goals, and develop effective delivery systems.
3. Explore new online learning technologies and educational innovations.
4. Review SMEs Module Plans and propose suitable e-learning materials.
5. Coordinate and maintain consistency in learning object production; conduct research to enhance quality.
6. Propose innovative solutions to improve learning object quality according to latest educational technologies.
7. Conduct training sessions for subject matter experts (lecturers or other users).
8. Evaluate Module Plans and learning objectives, providing feedback on learning technology and content.
9. Share knowledge about storyboarding, scripting, and scenarios with SMEs.
10. Assist in preparing operational activities for MCL classes at semester start.
11. Develop guidelines for learning material preparation and compile necessary reports.
12. Collaborate with faculties/schools to refine and design online courses, embedding best practices.
13. Review the implementation of learning technologies across online courses.
14. Ensure compliance with learning standards and alignment with content and programs.
15. Evaluate current instructional design processes for effectiveness and industry benchmarking.

1. Lead strategic initiatives for BINUS Digital programs and activities.
2. Formulate policies to promote BINUS Digital within the institution.
3. Recommend actions to management regarding digital initiatives.
4. Oversee strategic planning and implementation in BINUS Digital.

1. Build and lead a strong management team.
2. Design annual plans, KPIs, and budgets aligned with strategic goals.
3. Report on program implementation, achievement, and budget to the Campus Director.
4. Maintain relationships with external partners to enhance program value.
5. Suggest improvements in academic development activities.

1. Provide reports to supervisors.
2. Suggest process improvements related to activities, time, effort, and costs.
3. Participate in Quality Management System activities.
4. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum Bachelors Degree.
• At least 2 years in a senior staff role or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in storyboarding technologies.
• Knowledge of instructional design and multimedia technology.
• Experience with various online learning platforms.
