1. Experience and Skills in Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Proven ability to function as a counterpart to Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams, managing backend customer service operations.
  • Strong capability in scaling key account management and ensuring accountability for plant KPIs and sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

2. Order Management and Customer Interaction

  • Ability to receive, analyze, and process routine to moderately complex customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Proficient in gathering customer information and fulfilling order requirements in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication skills to respond to general inquiries and order status updates while recognizing when to escalate complex issues.
  • Capable of conducting research to support project completion, problem resolution, and preparation of detailed reports.
  • Experience generating and managing all documentation necessary to support production and supply, ensuring world-class customer communication.

3. Leadership and System Expertise

  • Ability to act as the key user and subject matter expert for the customer service team.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and support team members in customer service processes and system usage.
  • Proficiency with customer service systems and tools to optimize workflow and customer interaction.
