  • Oversee the daily operations of a Jakarta-based waste management company, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Drive full P&L accountability, spearhead business growth initiatives, and maintain a direct reporting line to HQ.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a local team of 4+ staff, fostering operational excellence and supporting strategic expansion.
