About the Role:
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will own and execute marketing initiatives that drive visibility, engagement, and growth across our corporate, SME, and consumer lines of business. This is a hands-on individual contributor rolewhere youll manage agencies, craft campaigns, and deliver impactful PR, branding, and field marketing activities tailored for the Indonesian market.
Responsibilities
Public Relations & Communications
Manage PR agencies to deliver media coverage, thought leadership, and corporate communications.
Draft, review, and adapt press releases, media articles, and corporate narratives.
Coordinate interviews, features, and speaking opportunities for company executives.
Track media coverage and provide insights to refine PR strategies.
Brand Marketing
Execute tactical brand campaigns across multiple business lines.
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines in all marketing assets and communications.
Own and maintain corporate profiles, company pitch decks, and supporting materials.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality campaigns and promotional assets.
Field Marketing & Events
Plan, manage, and execute industry events, sponsorships, and partnerships that increase brand presence.
Oversee event logistics, communication, and promotion from end to end.
Build strong relationships with associations and industry stakeholders to enhance positioning.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
10 years of hands-on experience in PR, brand, or field marketing, ideally in financial services, fintech, or related industries
Strong track record in agency management, tactical campaigns, and event execution
Excellent writing and storytelling skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Ability to manage multiple business lines with attention to detail and consistency
Self-starter with strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
