Requirement

  1. Min. Bachelors degree in architecture engineering

  2. Min. 5 years in architect practice, as in-house architect for a developer/consultant firm, working in the field of Planning engineering for Medium Highrise building & commercial

  3. Design planning experienced in hospitality and/or mixed use projects are preferred

  4. Ability to understand in presenting project initiation for saleable and leasable space calculation, and able to communicate with busdev division

  5. Ability in handling complex building/masterplan and know supporting Facility, Utility & Infra

  6. Knowledge of building codes and regulations, experience with building material and work procedure

  7. Licensed Architect preferred is plus

  8. Active in English both oral and written

  9. Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
