Senior Project Management Officer (Healthcare Industry)

Responsibilities

Onsite Event Management:

• Coordinate all phases of onsite MCU and vaccination events, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and execution.

• Liaise with medical teams and vendors to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.

• Monitor event progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion.

• Compile and submit detailed post-event reports.

Clinic Operations and Administration:

• Lead a team of 3 admins to ensure the end-to-end process of administration runs in a timely manner

  according to the standard process.

• Coordinate with related stakeholders on the month end closing process to ensure timely month end closing.

• To own the B2B event reports consolidation process from other project managers/coordinators.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.

• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.

• Have leadership experience in leading a team of administrative staff.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Having knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements for medical events is a plus
