SENIOR RECRUITMENT and TALENT ACQUISITION
Qualifications:
Masters degree (S2) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, and familiar to proses start to end psychological test
In-depth understanding of recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in digital recruitment tools and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc.).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments (Production, Operational, Quality Control, Marketing, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, recruitment platforms, and workforce agencies.
Develop and manage a robust talent pipeline to support both current and future hiring needs.
Analyze labor market trends and provide insights to management for effective talent acquisition strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental manpower requirements.
Design and monitor On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs for new hires.
Prepare and monitor the annual recruitment cost projection and ensure budget efficiency.
