Requirements (1) :- Minimum Bachelors degree in Accounting.- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in Senior Finance, Accounting & Tax roles.- Proficient in Tax with a solid understanding of WHT (Art. 21, 23, 4(2), 25/29) as well as VAT.- Experienced in preparing journals and financial reports. - Skilled in using accounting software (e.g, Accurate, SAP, Oracle, Core Tax or relevant software) & Microsoft Excel.- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and adaptability skills.

Job Description (1) :- Ensure day-to-day accounting policies and standards.- Perform bank & tax reconciliations.- Prepare journals, general ledgers, and bank reconciliations.- Generate monthly financial statements and cash flow reports.- Verify transaction documents (invoices, tax invoices, payment receipts)- Calculate, remit, and report monthly taxes (WHT art. 21, 23, 25, VAT, etc.)- Monitoring & archive company tax reports, reconciliation using E-Bupot & E-Faktur.- Coordinate with tax consultants for taxation matters.- Perform Stock Opname and recalculation of inventory.

Requirements (2) :- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a related field (beauty brand, creative agency, healthy products).- Strong ability to analyze data to assess project success metrics and identify actionable steps for improvement.- Proven track record in planning, developing, and executing strategies across various projects, with demonstrated cross-functional collaboration.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex work environment.

Job Description (2) :- Develop strategies for potential new products.- Conduct research and analysis to understand users, markets, and industry trends.- Analyze market trends to generate innovative ideas.- Oversee and manage project execution with attention to detail and deadlines.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (branding, marketing, R&D, finance, etc.)- Ensure team accountability and task execution aligned with project goals.- Gather feedback and ideas from other divisions to enhance team performance.
