Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal S1 (diutamakan Psikologi / Manajemen SDM ).
Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun pada posisi HR / HRD.
Memahami proses rekrutmen, administrasi karyawan, payroll, dan BPJS.
Mampu bekerja dengan rapi, teliti, dan komunikatif.
Menguasai MS Office dan sistem HR menjadi nilai tambah.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:
Melaksanakan proses rekrutmen & seleksi karyawan.
Mengelola data karyawan, absensi, dan administrasi HR.
Mendukung pelaksanaan training & development.
Mengurus BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, kontrak kerja, dan hal-hal terkait ketenagakerjaan.
