Job Responsibilities
- Align on candidate personas with the head of Hiring department and HRBP to ensure job responsibilities and competency requirements are clear and specific.
- Formulate recruitment plans and source-to-hire strategies by leveraging appropriate talent channels and platforms.
- Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews; present qualified shortlists with assessment notes to users, and manage the feedback loop.
- Maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) regularly to build and nurture a robust talent pipeline.
- Assist leadership in optimizing recruitment workflows and managing external partner/vendor relationships (e.g., the third-party talent acquisition agencies/university, job portals).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably majoring in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
- 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in Operations, Tech, or Management roles; 1+ years in agency recruiting (headhunting) or an MNC background is preferred.
- Deep familiarity with Indonesian local recruitment channels, job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Professional working proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Strong professional ethics with a goal-driven mindset, results-oriented attitude, and high adaptability.
