About the role

Join PT Astrav Wisata Dunia as a Senior Tour Operation & Quotation in our West Jakarta, Jakarta office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end tour operation and quotation process to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What youll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day tour operation and quotation activities, ensuring efficient delivery of travel packages
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to negotiate rates, secure availability, and create competitive quotations
  • Monitor and optimise tour itineraries and costing to maximise profitability
  • Provide guidance and training to junior members of the tour operation team
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate favourable terms
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant travel industry regulations and company policies

    • What were looking for

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a senior tour operation or travel consultant role
  • Proven track record in managing complex travel packages and quotations
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proficient in using travel industry software and tools
  • Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field
