Job Description:

• Lead and supervise the service team to ensure excellent, friendly, and professional guest service.

• Organize and assign daily tasks to servers for smooth operations.

• Ensure all service standards and restaurant SOPs are consistently implemented.

• Conduct daily briefing regarding menu updates, promotions, and service standards.

• Handle guest complaints and provide proper solutions to maintain guest satisfaction.

• Train and guide new staff, while providing feedback and evaluation to the team.

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and readiness of the dining area at all times.

• Prepare daily and weekly operational and performance reports to the Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school graduate (Diploma/Bachelor's in Hospitality/Tourism is preferred).

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in F&B service, with previous experience as Captain/Shift Leader/Head Server is a plus.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Well-groomed, friendly, and able to deliver excellent hospitality service.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Fluent in English.

• Positive attitude, discipline, and high sense of hospitality.
