Service Agreement

In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist our organization by supporting the Service Agreement, this is only temporary position to replace maternity leave.

Job Description :

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating service agreements and contracts with clients, vendors, and service providers.

  • Ensuring that the terms and conditions of agreements are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with legal and company policies.

  • Maintaining a system for organizing and storing service agreements, ensuring they are easily accessible and secure.

  • Keeping track of contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.

  • Facilitating communication between internal departments (e.g., legal, sales, finance) and external stakeholders.

  • Providing training or guidance to other employees regarding the handling and management of service agreements.

  • Preparing regular reports

Educational Background :

Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Legal, Contract Management, or relevant education combined with practical experience

Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in contract management, legal work, or a similar role, especially in managing service agreements or vendor contracts. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Good knowledge of Indonesian Construction, Mineral Exploration, Oil and Gas and Mining industries is a plus.

  • Experience in negotiating contracts or managing the full lifecycle of agreements is highly preferred.

  • Experience working with legal teams or in a legal or compliance environment is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge & Skill :

  • Ability to manage various types of service contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and monitoring the execution of contracts.

  • Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance, and the ability to ensure contracts adhere to applicable regulations.

  • Ability to identify and assess risks associated with contracts and services and develop effective mitigation strategies.

  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and tasks within tight deadlines while keeping all documents and processes organized.

  • Computer skills should include the ability to communicate via Lotus Notes, read and prepare spreadsheets, create PowerPoint presentations, work with Microsoft Word documents, and more.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
