Service Coordinator - Service Division

Job description:

1. Handling Service Contracts

• Preparing service contract intervention schedules

• Contact customer for tentative & fix schedule

• Ordering the required part to be arrive as per the schedule in the contract

• Opening and closing service plan job

• Scheduling service plan job

2. Job Planning and Distribution

• Monitoring all jobs readiness for the respected area

• Update and informing jobs status for the respected area

• Communicate and coordinate with internal team and customers regarding work needs

• Consistent and steady pace to deliver accurate quality work​

3. Customer communication care handling

• Correctly prioritizes the different stakeholders requests, both internally and externally​

• Communicating clearly and correctly with our customers as per expectations​

• Completes all procedures and tasks before tackling the next, contributing to data quality, KPIs and customer satisfaction​

Personal requirements:

  • Positive attitude

  • Self motivated with a high level of responsibility

  • Demonstrate good communication skills on all levels - Task and Customer oriented

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Good organizational and time management skill

Educational and experiences requirements

  • D3/S1 from any discipline/preferable technical

  • Preferable have experiences and fresh graduates are welcome and good communication with Mandarin will be an advantage
