This Posisi reports to: Regional (IMEAA) Excitation Bus Line Mgr.

Work Model: Hybrid, Onsite. The role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries Excitation Business for Asia. The Posisi is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

• In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level.
• Lead the Service organization on a day-to-day basis and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and optimize the utilization of Service resources.
• Run the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.
• Create and drive implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team.
• Ensure that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses.
• Drive, implement, report, and monitor performance targets as part of the unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).
• Resource planning to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.
• Invest in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.
• Drive continuous improvement culture in HSE and quality to achieve service excellence in your area of responsibility.
• Build sustainable customer relationships to ensure growth, satisfaction, and retention of customers together with sales.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business standards and regulations in your area of responsibility.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in electrical, power electronics, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience in a service management role within the power generation and Oil & Gas industries.
• Proven experience in implementing and driving service strategies, with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in handling a group of service engineers and managing service Pekerjaan.
• Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel across the allocated region countries.
• Experience in handling multicultural team members across Asia is preferred.
