Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the ship's clear in and clear out process

• Input document in SIMLALA

• Oversee accuracy and compliance of shipping and customs documents (PIB, L/C, COO, Shipping Instruction, Insurance, etc.)

• Ensure that all ship documents comply with legal and maritime regulatory requirements

• Monitoring the validity of ship certificates and licenses and coordinating renewals if necessary

• Creating a Sea Freight Agreement Letter (SPAL) and shipping instruction issued to the cargo owner or shipper

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Academy Maritime / bachelor's degree (Management of Marine Logistics, ANT II)

• Min 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics

• Knowledge of export/import procedures and related documentation

• Familiar with systems and Microsoft Office

• Updated with customs regulations and port procedures

• Able to Communication in English

• Available join ASAP
