Role Summary
As a Site Operation Manager, you will oversee the execution of civil and architectural works on-site to ensure alignment with quality, cost, and time targets. You will ensure compliance with HSE standards, maintain progress documentation, and coordinate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise all on-site construction activities.
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workers for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
Monitor budgets, resources, and daily progress reports.
Resolve site issues quickly and efficiently to avoid project delays.
Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Site/Project Engineer in civil construction projects (infrastructure/building).
Proficient in reading drawings and specifications; knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, and safety regulations and sequencing.
Skilled in scheduling tools such as MS Project (or equivalent); advanced Excel proficiency.
Familiar with SNI/AHSP standards, QC procedures, and field HSE implementation.
Good leadership skill.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
Willing to be mobile and assigned to any project sites.
