Responsibilities

• You'll handle three of our accounts: Cetta German, Cetta English, and ElevaU.

• Post content on Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, and YouTube Shorts based on the schedule made by the Social Media Specialist.

• Write captions and make sure hashtags and account tags follow the Social Media Specialist's guidelines.

• Reply to non-sales comments and direct messages on Cetta German, Cetta English, and ElevaU accounts.

• Actively interact with trending or relevant accounts that match our audience (like, light comments, story engagement) across all three accounts.

• Help grow brand awareness through consistent and smart engagement.

• Monitor content publication to ensure it follows the scheduled timeline, and report any failed uploads or technical issues (e.g., blocked Reels music, missing thumbnails, etc.).

Qualifications

• Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube Shorts).

• Able to write simple captions and understand how to use hashtags and account tags.

• Communicative, responsive, and willing to learn from the Social Media Specialist's guidance.

• Detail-oriented, consistent, and able to manage content posting schedules.

• Basic editing skills using Canva or CapCut are a plus.

• Adaptive, critical thinker, and ready to grow with the team's needs.
