Social Media Manager

Coco Development Group is one of Balis fastest-growing lifestyle real estate developers, creating innovative residential and resort projects across the island. Were expanding our marketing team and looking for a creative Social Media Manager to join us.

What Youll Do:

• Manage, plan, and schedule content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to execute campaigns that reflect Coco Developments brand identity

• Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize strategies for growth and engagement

• Stay on top of industry and social media trends to keep content fresh and engaging

• Support in influencer collaborations and social media campaigns

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand (real estate or lifestyle brand experience is a plus)

• Strong understanding of content creation, trends, and engagement strategies

• Ability to work closely with designers, videographers, and marketing leads as part of a growing team

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
