Social Media Manager

About the Role

Were looking for a proactive and capable Social Media Management / Operations team member to take ownership of content planning and publishing workflows across multiple client accounts. This isnt about running our companys social media (at least not yet)—youll be managing content strategies for a range of client brands on various platforms.

Youll turn business or client needs into actionable content strategies, apply those strategies across different accounts, and ensure content is scheduled and published on time. Execution is supported by our internal systems—you wont need to do things manually, but the thinking and planning will rely on you.

We also want to be transparent: social media is deeply connected to the product were building. By managing content across clients and interacting with their feedback, youll play a role in shaping and improving our product. This is not just content work—its operational and strategic.

What Youll Own
  • Create and apply content strategies across multiple client social media accounts

  • Manage content pipelines for a variety of platforms and brands

  • Use our internal systems to move content from planning through scheduling

  • Step into client communication as needed to clarify direction or provide updates

  • Monitor deliverables to ensure consistent output and timely publishing

  • Share insights from client work that can help improve our internal product and services
