Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end workflow of social media channels, including content uploading and scheduling.
• Create, edit, and produce short-form social media content, while developing creative concepts and scripts to ensure materials are ready for publishing.
• Identify viral trends and platform shifts to continuously adapt and optimize content strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content effectively drives audience engagement and traffic to designated community platforms.
• Track and report content performance regularly and collaborate with other divisions to support the development of new content assets and campaign initiatives.
• Maintain consistent delivery of high-quality social media content.
• Contribute to the growth of audience engagement and traffic directed to the Perusahaan’s digital ecosystem.
• Ensure account stability and security by following proper operational procedures and safe access practices.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related industry.
• Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
• Familiar with social media analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Buffer, Iconosquare, Metricool, or similar platforms) to track performance and identify emerging trends.
