Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and building strong connections with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Manage daily content posting across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

  • Create engaging captions, graphics, reels, and stories aligned with brand identity.

  • Monitor trends, viral content, and competitor activities to keep content fresh.

  • Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community management.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize monthly advertising budgets to maximize ROI.

  • Analyze performance metrics and provide reports with insights and recommendations.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:

  • Able to communicate in English

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

  • Creative mindset with strong content creation skills (photo, video, reels, copywriting).

  • Familiar with graphic design and video editing for daily content.

  • Capable of producing videos or designs suitable for ads quality.

  • Able to ensure high quality standards for each post across platforms.

  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Plus Points:

Experience in the F&B industry.

Understanding of influencer/KOL management.
