Requirements:

• Age range to 25 - 40 years old

•  At least  5 years of working experience as a social media manager or similar role.

• Strong writing and editing skills in Indo and English, with an understanding of SEO principles.

• Able to use editing software: CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or others

• Able to create engaging content, understand the brands image and style, and audience demands

• Approaches challenges and demands with a flexible, problem-solving, and positive attitude

• Able to strong Leadership

• Creative , fun and Positive Mindset

• Organized, neat, and disciplined

• Quality and Target Oriented

• TikTok and Instagram

• Willing to be in-frame

• Proficient communication skills, both in Bahasa and English.

Job Description :

1. Planning and developing social media campaigns

2. Crafting compelling content or getting it developed

3. Posting content across social media accounts

4. Engaging with customers on different channels

5. Analyzing running campaigns

6. Being on top of the latest social media trends

7. Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity

8. Develop social media campaigns

9. Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns

10. Update social media content across all channels

11. Engage with customers and followers

12. Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite (mention any social media marketing tool that you are currently using or plan to use)

13. Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained

14. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

15. Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network

16. Develop content or get it done by content developers

17. Keep an eye on social media trends

18. Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers
