Qualifications : 

  • Bachelor Degree.

  • Have at least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist.

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms.

  • Creative and proactive in bringing new ideas.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Those who have experience in retail companies are preferred.

  • Able to use basic tools like Meta Suite, Tiktok, and etc.

Responsibilities : 

  • Implement the best strategies for each social media platform.

  • Analyze & optimize social media accounts according to data insights.

  • Plan and manage daily social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc).

  • Create engaging posts, captions, and stories that reflect the brands voice.

  • Optimize social media accounts ( profile picture, bio description, highlight, call to action ).

  • Work closely with the creative team to produce photo and video content.

  • Monitor trends and use them to develop fresh content ideas.

  • Engage with followers. Reply to comments and messages, build community.

  • Support product launches, campaigns, and other marketing activities.

  • Track performance (reach, engagement, growth) and report regularly.

  • Create monthly campaign reports.
