About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Solution Architect to bridge sales and technical teams. Your key role will be designing scalable solutions tailored to client needs, shaping client engagement, driving market expansion, and ensuring successful technology implementation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison to partners, leading major business and technology design decisions.
  • Provide technical presales leadership across regions, supporting sales pipelines.
  • Deliver demos and presentations to showcase Igloos products and attract clients.
  • Collaborate with teams to customize and implement solutions for strategic clients.
  • Enhance client digital marketing and customer engagement.
  • Oversee solution design and delivery across product lines and channels.
  • Ensure successful deployment and integration of systems.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in solution architecture, presales, or similar client-facing technical roles, preferably in enterprise SaaS, Insurance, Insurtech, or Fintech.
  • Proven ability to build scalable presales operations and collaborate across teams.
  • Successful track record in enterprise implementations and multi-market client engagement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
