Position       : Solution Design (BD Logistic - 3PL)

Placement   : Kota Bekasi - Medan Satria

Requirements

· Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Business/Economic/Supply Chain, or related major.

· Minimum 5 years of professional experienced in a comparable organization and/or function with proven track record of new business development and success delivery against growth targets. (Third Party Logistics Company or related field)

·  Experienced in dealing with customers at a senior level.

·  Excellent presentation, communication both spoken and written.

·  Project Management skills.

·  High Analytical and Sales skills.

·  Excellent Drive and Resilience

·  Self-motivated and sense of urgency

·  Computer literate - proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Points)

·  Knowledge of Warehousing management systems (WMS) is a plus.

·  Knowledge of Transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.

·  On - Site : Bekasi - (Medan Satria - Kota Bekasi)

Responsibilities:

· Design supply chain solution based on Customers RFQ and consultant for the project

· Customer oriented that focus on the development and growing for benefit both parties with strong business sense.

·  Work closely with internal stakeholders (IT, Operations, Commercial, Finance) to ensure proper communication of clients needs and ensure quality of service delivered.

· Respond to customers enquiries and complaints.

· Responsible of the result between budget and actual P&L, continues improvement and analysis P&L.
