Our client is a 5* very high-end luxury boutique resort with +/- 30 units. Note that this superb resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location. This role will be reporting directly to Director Food and Beverage. Please note that this position is available for Expats only. Profile• 5*, leisure resort experience

• Island or remote location experience is a plus

• Able to deal effectively with guests in a luxury environment

• Able to promote, pair and up-sell wines face to face with the guests

• Ability to interact with guests throughout the F&B outlets on their wine choices

• Ability to host wine & champagne dinners, wine tasting events, and different activities to drive revenue

• Ability to conduct wine training sessions for the staff

• Experience in dealing with wine suppliers and creating wine list

• Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence

• Good spoken and written English

• Great personality and positive attitude

• Interactive, people friendly, great team player

• Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external guests

• Passionate about exceeding guest expectations

• Able to work effectively as part of a team

• Strong work ethic
