Main responsibilities:

1. Source and research new suppliers for raw and packaging materials. Including initial assessment and review of capability, portfolio and network.
2. Lead the end-to-end sourcing of NPD: Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers for Raw Materials (API, excipients), Packaging Materials for New Product Development (NPD), including on time availability of samples for R&D trials.
3. Ensure the completion of quality documents of all Raw Materials and Packaging Materials (for NPD) to comply with company standards and applied regulations.
4. Maintain and manage end-to-end lifecycle of supplier contracts (negotiations, proposal, approvals, renewals).
5. Analyse market trends prices, regulations, supply and opportunities concerning key materials.
6. Support strategic sourcing strategy and initiatives to align with company goals (cost savings, quality and compliance).
7. Deliver KPIs: on time NPD Launches, Material price variance, on time sample availability, quality documents completion, contract achievement

Requirements:

• University graduate majoring Pharmacy (Pharmacist is preferable)

• Minimum 3 years of Sourcing experience in Pharmaceutical industries

• Strong written and verbal communication skill (both in Bahasa Indonesia and English).

• Good in project management, negotiation, and Supplier Relationship Management

• Demonstrates drive, ownership, initiative, strategic thinking, and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities

• Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issue

• Cross-functional engagement, stake-holder management, presentation skills

• SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word), Microsoft Power BI skill is advantage
