• Strategic procurement professional specializing in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sourcing and category management.

What is Required:

• Minimum 5 yearsof procurement experience, with at least 2 years specifically in ICT category
• Proven track record of managing complex ICT procurement portfolios
• Experience in strategic sourcing of technology infrastructure, software, hardware, and telecommunications services
• Deep understanding of ICT market trends and technology ecosystems
• Expert knowledge of procurement strategies specific to technology procurement
• Advanced contract negotiation skills for IT and telecommunications services
• Comprehensive understanding of: Cloud computing procurement, Software licensing models, Hardware and infrastructure sourcing, Telecommunications service contracts, Emerging technology procurement strategies
• Willing to travel for business purposes.
