SPV Purchasing Import
Job Description:
Handle import administration
Receive purchase request from users
Able negotiate prices with supplier, and also can give comparison of various supplier
Ensure materials arrive on time & in accordance with required specifications
Liaising with production team for product requirements
Responsible for import activities related to company bussiness especially materials product
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
Fluent in English both oral and written
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Having experience minimum 5 year in purchasing, procurement and import related work is preferably
Able use procurement software (SAP, Microsoft Dynamic, etc)
Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import documentation.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment & willing to learn
Good in Ms Office, especially Ms Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, etc)
