Sr. Engineering Maintenance Electrical (automotive manufacturing industry)

Job description

Adecco Group is a global HR solutions company, currently supporting clients in the Automotive Manufacturing to find a Sr. Engineering Staff - Maintenance Electrical - Machining Section to be placed in East Jakarta.

Responsibility:

Oversee and support daily machining operations, ensuring processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with production goals.

Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and production equipment, including stamping, welding, CNC, and robotic machines.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime and support continuous production operations.

• Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on control panels, PLCs, sensors, actuators, and other electrical components.

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical machinery and automation systems.

• Interpret and apply electrical schematics, SLD, and wiring diagrams for maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company procedures, including proper lockout-tagout (LOTO) practices.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance in maintenance logs or CMMS systems.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing solutions to enhance equipment reliability and energy efficiency.

• Participate in training programs and stay updated on new technologies related to electrical systems and industrial automation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields

• at least 2 years of experience as maintenance electrical staff / technician in manufacturing/automotive company. preferably has the experience in handling stamping, welding, CNC or Robot machines.

• Excellent skills in at least 1 (one) of programming Language, i.e.: SCADA, MySQL, JAVA Script, PLC, HMI, etc.

• Excellent skills in M-Office 365

• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skill

• Good presentation/public speaking skill

• Good English, both written and oral

• posses good leadership and a team player
